People typically experience many major life changes between the ages of 18-29. For those living with bipolar disorder, this time of life can be particularly difficult. If you are between the ages 18- 29 and have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, or suspect you may have it, join our Young Adult Support Group where you’ll find a supportive, compassionate community of individuals with shared experiences who truly “get it”. The group is peer facilitated and offers education about bipolar disorder, the opportunity for you to share and receive support, and creative group activities.
“I truly feel we are in a haven of understanding that can’t be found elsewhere”. – Group member
This free group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at CMHA North and West Vancouver, #300 – 1835 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver.
