Hatha Yoga is a gentle practice suitable for beginners and people with a variety of abilities.
Celina is a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with the Yoga Alliance and a Peer Support Worker with Vancouver Coastal Health. She combines her lived and living experience of a mental health condition with her passion for a holistic approach to wellbeing to share the healing benefits of yoga. She teaches alignment based Hatha Yoga classes with an empathic touch to invite awareness and acceptance into each moment. In both her yoga offerings and peer support work she believes in meeting people where they’re at: to embrace you as you are, however you are, and however you show up. Celina endeavours to inspire connection within and above all to hold space for healing.
