Come and join us as we write together, while apart in this engaging six-week journal-writing workshop. Journal writing has been used to enhance healing, release tension and as a strong coping resources for a range of health conditions and life situations. In this Journal to the Self © workshop you will learn different ways to write in your journal to add new color, perspective and dimensions to your writing. With the help of these journal tools, you can gently, but powerfully explore the various aspects of yourself, your life, and the events taking place in your world to thrive amidst the changes.
Special Note: Participants are encouraged to share and reflect only on their experiences with the different writing strategies, and they are not expected to share the content of their writing.
