This gentle yoga flow for all levels can be done on a mat, carpet or blanket. No props needed, just wear something comfortable that you can move in. Class will start with seated meditation and breath work. Then we’ll gently stretch, mobilize and strengthen the spine, hips, shoulders and core, and finish with guided relaxation.
