Kitchen Music Party
The Kitchen Party is a musical Zoom sing-along. You’re guaranteed to know a few songs, and at least get your toes tapping. Bring your instrument if you have one – you can sing, play, perform or just listen.
Chronic Pain Support Group
A space meant to decrease isolation and foster social support amoung people living with chronic pain. As a peer-based group, participants are encouraged to share personal stories of managing chronic pain and to provide each other with a compassionate listening ear and supportive presence.
Each week we explore various guided visualizations and tools to become present with each of your senses. You will also learn breathing techniques to support your relaxation and mindfulness journey.
Circle of Hope – Farsi speaking Women’s Group
The Circle of Hope welcomes Farsi speaking women to drop in and enjoy some social time together each week. هدف این گروه توانمندسازی زنان است. این گروه برای خانمهایی با چالش های بهداشت روانی باز است. این گروه توسط مشاور خانواده و داوطلب ، آذر ضیا منش برگزار می شود.
Art Therapy for Wellness
Weekly art therapy continues in this virtual space to support self-care and wellness. After a quick check in, individuals create art in any medium. Domenica is available during this time to assist in choosing basic supplies from your home to use in expressing your inner world. Then, together, we look at the image to discover any personal meaning or insights.
Song Stick Lessons
Bipolar Community Support Group
The Bipolar Community Support Group is a free, drop-in group open to adults living with bipolar disorder. It is supportive network where members are free to discuss their experiences and share their thoughts and feelings about their lives and recovery. Spending time with people who can relate to what you’re going through and can honestly say they’ve “been there” helps us realize there are others out there like us, and that we don’t have to battle the illness alone.

This group provides support for male-identified people and allows a safe space to discuss mental health and wellness.
