In a response to community needs, as of May 1, PACT has expanded their operating hours from 4 pm – 12 am, Thursday – Monday (5 days a week, 8 hours a day).
PACT is a mobile, community-led team that responds to crisis calls related to mental health and/or substance use on the North Shore. The program pairs a mental health professional and a peer worker to provide safe, trauma-informed support to youth aged 13+ or adults in the North Shore.
The PACT model has proven to be effective in responding to mental health and/or substance use challenges in communities. The BC government has recently announced the expansion of PACT teams throughout the province.
