In response to staffing limitations, North Shore PACT (Peer Assisted Care Team) will undergo temporary service adjustments, affecting our previous 16-hour operating structure. To ensure you have the most up-to-date information on PACT’s service hours, please call 1 (888) 261-7228. Our voicemail message will provide the latest updates on our operating hours.

Behind the scenes, CMHA NWV is working diligently to hire and train additional staff to bolster PACT’s vital mental health crisis support services across the North Shore, striving to maintain our previous operating capacity. In the interim, 24-hour crisis support is available by texting or calling 9-8-8. If you or someone around you is in immediate danger or facing a safety risk, please call 911.
