The Board of Directors of the Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division (CMHA BC) is calling an Extraordinary Special Meeting to amend CMHA BC’s bylaws.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 4:30 pm, at Suite 905 – 1130 W. Pender Street, Vancouver.
The meeting will consider a Special Resolution to amend the bylaws as posted below as Schedule A. Members may vote on the Special Resolution in person or by proxy. Proxies must be received by CMHA BC not less than 1 hour before the meeting. For details on voting procedures, please see the Notice to Members.
