Why this campaign matters?
1 in 5 people in British Columbia will experience a mental health challenge this year.
With mental health affecting 20% of the population annually, many individuals in our community are silently battling anxiety, depression, and other challenges. Your support ensures they have access to vital services that can change lives.
Only 1 in 3 British Columbians who need mental health care actually receive it.
Despite the growing demand for mental health services, access remains a critical issue. Your donation helps bridge the gap, ensuring that more people can access counseling, support groups, and outreach services.
50% of homeless individuals in British Columbia live with a mental health condition.
The intersection of homelessness and mental health is undeniable. By supporting our outreach programs, you provide crucial aid to homeless individuals, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to navigate their mental health challenges.

“I hope you know how incredibly grateful I am for you. I knew therapy would be helpful, but this has been so incredibly eye-opening and has released an excitement and calmness in me I didn’t expect. It feels like there is light at the end of the tunnel and that I have been tossed a life preserver after YEARS of treading water in the deep end, alone. Thanks again for everything and thanks for being there for me in the most non-judgmental, kind, authentic way.”
