Gibsons (July 21, 2020) – The Canadian Mental Health Association North & West Vancouver (CMHA NWV) is bringing their supports and programs to the Sunshine Coast.
This summer CMHA NWV is excited to be offering a variety of mental health supports and programs to the residents of the Sunshine Coast. At CMHA the vision is Mentally Healthy People in a Healthy Society. CMHA looks forward to supporting individuals and families with their mental health needs and connecting them with the community and resources available on the Sunshine Coast and online throughout the region.
Drop-In Mental Health Navigation Services
Drop-In Mental Health Navigation is for anyone who would like to talk, get information, learn about resources available in the community, and get support accessing them.

WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)
WRAP® is a free 8-week program that will allow participants to develop tools and a wellness plan for every stage of your recovery. This program is suited to individual needs through education, self-exploration, sharing and support.
