Canadian Mental Health Association, North & West Vancouver Appoints a New Executive Director.

The Board of the Canadian Mental Health Association, North & West Vancouver is pleased to announce that Julia Kaisla will be joining our organization as its new Executive Director effective June 15th, 2017. Julia comes to us from the BC Division of the Canadian Mental Health Association where she was Director, Community Engagement and prior to that Pacific Blue Cross. Julia has extensive background in community and stakeholder relationships and mental health. She is also experienced in fundraising and managed the Bottomline Conference held in Vancouver each year.  Julia has led many mental health programs established at CMHA and is a community leader.  I hope you all will welcome Julia to our organization and to the community on the North Shore.  The Board and I look forward to working with Julia in improving the mental health for individuals and families on the North Shore.

We would also like to thank Sandra Severs, current Executive Director, for her work and commitment to mental health on the North Shore. Sandra has  been a leader and champion for mental health services.  We wish her the very best in her endeavours in the future.

Thank You

Don Stuckert

Board President, Canadian Mental Health Association, North & West Vancouver
