Happy kids mean happy families, and that’s why the B.C. government has provided $1.49 million to the Canadian Mental Health Association BC Division (CMHABC) to support the ‘Confident Parents: Thriving Kids’ program, which helps parents address behavioural problems in kids aged three to 12.
British Columbians will soon be invited to check in and take action on their mental health thanks to a generous airtime donation by the province’s broadcasters.
A record 7160 riders across Canada took part in the Ride Don’t Hide charity bike ride today, raising a record $1.36 million for Canadian Mental Health Association’s (CMHA) mental health programs and services. Organizers expect final numbers to increase, as riders and donations continue to come in.
