We all have bad days, even bad weeks. Life takes its toll on all of us causing occasional sleepless nights, changes in appetite and mood. But what if they persist and those symptoms are in fact the early signs of something more serious?
Happy kids mean happy families, and that’s why the B.C. government has provided $1.49 million to the Canadian Mental Health Association BC Division (CMHABC) to support the ‘Confident Parents: Thriving Kids’ program, which helps parents address behavioural problems in kids aged three to 12.
British Columbians will soon be invited to check in and take action on their mental health thanks to a generous airtime donation by the province’s broadcasters.
